Antique Romantic Farmhouse Style Shabby Hand Painted Romantic Rose Wood Framed Mirror

This Vintage Early 19th century hand painted frame is loaded with Romantic Garden Charm! The frame is wood and the background has been painted in varying lovely shades of green from smoky to summer grass green. There are many painted leaves in the background and ferns all which enhance the gorgeous pink, yellow, red, and white roses. There is a thin gilded gold trim around the inside of the frame which has tiny beading all of the way around to enhance the middle mirror. This mirror is like a breath of outdoor fresh loveliness!  It is so perfect in any Shabby Vintage Cottage Decor and mixes well with other picture, plaques and candelabras.

There is a small area of loss of the tiny beading, typical wear to the wood with paint loss around edges and at bottom left lower area. This area appears to have been left without painted roses and there are ferns that extend over towards the plain area. Nonetheless, the painting remains beautiful and pieces like this are becoming more difficult to find.
