Payments

We accept Visa and MasterCard through PayPal and/or Square. Montiques Store purchases (not estate sale) can be set up under a layaway plan with 1/3 down and balance paid within 45 days. Deposits are nonrefundable and returns are not accepted.

Item condition

We try to point out any areas or concerns about an item in the description but it is impossible to note every detail. Please be certain to feel comfortable about an item before purchasing. Direct any questions or concerns to us via email, text, or phone. We encourage you to inspect items when possible and will work with you on appointments for Estate Sale, Consignment and Montiques store items.

Pickup and Shipping

Pickup or Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We can provide you with what we consider to be the safest and most economical method of shipping. We can assist you with providing your choice of methods as well as contact numbers. Some local delivery options can occasionally be handled by us. Please be certain to verify any details concerning shipping methods and costs to you before purchasing.

Inspections

Inspections are available for both onsite, online, and Montiques Shop. Contact us for an appointment time.

Specific time periods will be noted on each estate sale listing. These time periods will specify both date and start time, markdown, ending, payment, and pick up time.
