Shabby Chippy Vintage Gorgeous Roses Gilding Curvy Italian 3 Drawer Chest OMG!!

Breathtakingly Beautiful Shabby Vintage 3 drawer chest made in Italy and most likely made in the early 50’s…So much personality and Old World Romance exudes from this curvaceous hand painted chest with a soft background beige or cream color which enhances all of the pink, blue, and green tones topping them off with that thick gold gilding applied to every carved scroll, shell , acanthus leaf…the back curves inward to the front and the three front drawers bow outwards at the center..the top is curved also and painted in a wonderful mottled green with beige mix..there are 4 French curvy legs and original bronze color hardware.

The top drawer is less deep than the bottom 2 drawers..there are 2 small areas at the drawer front where a small piece of wood is chipped but one only notices on close inspection…there are areas of wear to the paint as well as cracks at the sides but still functional and the patina and paintings are lovely…the right side had a larger crack but it has been filled slightly and supported to meet well and be sturdy…there is some paper covering in each drawer that has been secured well as I have tried to show all in my photos. Original Italy Label remains on the back.
